                <description>How exciting to hear that we can find a good hotpot here in the Bay Area! During the year we lived in China, we loved hotpot and often enjoyed it at one of our favorite places (and also in the back alley, where they cooked it in one big metal pan on a stove outdoors, not in individual pots). You have taken the trouble to provide details that are helpful in giving a sense of what to expect. Thanks.</description>
