On a breezy Friday, I lust after Popeye’s chicken and cup of Coke w/ a hint of lime on the rocks. But one look at my sake belly, I have to refuse since I’m on a diet.

But I came across an interesting article today.

Men’s Fitness recently composed a list of the fattest city in the United States. I was shocked. “Miami?,” I uttered to myself. Miami is known for luxurious condos, attractive bodies on the beach, and sexy tans. After careful thought, Miami after all is the birthplace to the South Beach Diet.

But the road is not getting easier. With the NFL post season on its way, more bean dips and pizza is just around the corner.
