Omelet Corn Beef Part 1: Hit “HQ” to watch in high quality
Omelet Corn Beef Part 2
Happy Valentine’s Day
Landing on a refreshing Saturday, Valentine day this year can involve a few festivities. Start the day off with comfort food. The Campusfork food show episode number two features a fluffy omelet with corn beef hash that adds a savory kick.
{Ingredients}
Corn beef (can be found at local super markets)
Scallion
Cheese
Eggs
Temperature plays an important part. Keep the temperature between low and medium. Use a pan with a large enough surface that will allow a thin coat of beaten egg. I choose to put the corn beef on the side, giving the patron control of the salty notes.
Food cost is around $.50
Enjoy, comment + watch show #1 {Perfect Sunny side eggs}
