{Lamb Shoulders}

I love rack of lamb. But priced at around $12 per pound, it does not meet my budget. So, I tried lamb shoulder, priced attractively at $3.50 per pound. Simply rub the meat with Dijon mustard and grill with garlic.

Grill each side for about 6 minutes before flipping.

{Trumpet Mushrooms}

For veggies, try long trumpet mushrooms grilled with oyster sauce. In Chinese, they are called “chicken thigh mushroom.”

Simply mix (1 teaspoon of corn starch + 2 tablespoons oyster sauce + quarter cup of water) and grill with mushrooms.

{Shrimp w/ ginger soy}

Sea sweet shrimp poached in boiling water. Once the shrimp turns pink, turn off the stove. The sauce is simply a soy and great onion mix. A squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing kick to the shrimp.
