I value quality over quantity anytime. Traveling to Paris on a food trip two years ago, I affirmed this philosophy. Take bread alone. Every baker practices their craft with care and this show in the result. Bay Bread reminds me of this level of quality.

With a crispy crust, the brownie cake is just simply delicious. Soft pillowy inside pairs so well with a cup of coffee, especially French roast.

Their baguettes are a winner as well with an addicted chewy texture.
