  When I first saw this post I thought, “What a coincidence, I made bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken for dinner last night”, but the technique takes it levels higher. I just loosely wrapped bacon around the chicken and bound it with butcher’s twine. Next time I’m going to go the full nine yards with the poaching and chilling first.
