The Hong Kong people live a very time sensitive lifesytle. With a majority working in corporations especially in the finance industry, it can be a challenge to have a good fast meal. Corporate workers often start the day at 9am and do not get off work until 8pm.

Microbo: Hong Kong’s answer to frozen fast food

Microbo is the proposed answer. Retail stores located in MTR (subway) underground entrances, Microbo sells prepackaged meals. Microwaves are available on site and most meals are around $4 USD.

Dishes include pork cutlet over rice. Just purchase, heat, and serve.

    They have that in Amsterdam too. Not the same brand tho.
