Simple Bread

Simple Bread is one of the few places in Hong Kong that serves artisan breads. I ordered the vegetable sandwich that delivered a vibrant garden fresh taste. With diagonal grill marks, the vegetables (eggplant, red and yellow peppers) are lightly seasoned and then served on a crispy bread.

The open kitchen gives it charm and a nice view of the harbor makes the meal even better.
