On a sunny after noon, a group of friends went to Zuma for their remarkable Japanese brunch buffet. Located in posh Central district in Landmark building, just the perfect touch of elegance and sophistication heighten the senses.

A spiral staircase will warp you to a full bar upstairs.

The minimalist décor refreshes the senses. High ceiling, an open kitchen, and a myriad of vibrant colors from the food arrangement makes me want to start my food adventure.

No details are missed from the wooden dishes that serve the food to the calm interior tones that calm the senses. Arriving in the private room, a glass wall with tear drop details just makes the room so ever charming.

Like a beautiful symphony, many notes entertain the palate. An army of fresh sushi selections are featured noticeably a must try tuna roll along with sea-sweet scallop. Also, grab a plate and pile on a few dozens of fresh sweet oysters.

Dance around the hot dishes from grilled meats, salads, to soups.

For crunchy tones, the fried onion cake and clam soup are my favorites. Each dish, the ingredients become center stage. None of the sauces drown out the dishes.

For around $70 USD per person, each diner can choose one entrée that comes with the meal. Arriving medium rare, the steak was tender.

Rounding out the meal, a dessert fleet arrives with cake and fresh cut fruit. We chatted and dined until late afternoon. With a vibrant ambiance, great service, and spectacular food selection, Zuma makes it on top of my list for places to dine in Hong Kong.
