“Midnight Sushi, 50% Off!”

That was all I needed to know. From 10pm to 12pm, Sushi One served Midnight sushi.
Located in Causeway Bay, Sushi One impresses patrons with a large fish tank on the left hand wall.

There is something fishy about eating sushi while fish swim in their tank.

Regardless, I had to dive in and place my order. It was just utterly amazing, 50% off all sushi selection. I prefer ordering from the waiter since I did not know the state of freshness from the sushi on the conveyor belt.

The symphony began with chopped tuna belly which melted in my mouth. The sweet and creamy eel was on par as well. The sea sweat tones from seared scallops made me want another order.

Fried to a golden yellow, the shrimp tempura had nutty tones and an asparagus on top just gave it great crunch.

I especially liked the tuna daikon sushi roll. Refreshing cool daikon wrapped in sushi rice and tuna.
