One step into Kyoya, I feel completely relaxed. Featuring a charming wooden side wall and embedded bathrooms, the interior is worth talking about.

Skip the hamachi yellowtail sashimi, the meat was too firm. I expected a buttery texture instead.

The pressed sushi stole the show. Neatly presented, the eel paired so well with perfectly seasoned sushi rice.

Another winner is the miso cod which was grilled perfectly.

Kyoya is on the higher end of the price spectrum but a great place for a date or to impress a business client.
