In a small ally on Landale Street in Wan Chai district in Hong Kong, Wing’s Catering is a “hole in the wall” treasure worth dining.

The interior is modest but very clean. But one thing is obvious, they do their grilled chicken right.

Grilled with a thin layer of skin, the grilled chicken arrives with beautiful grill makers. The meat is tender but the seasoning marries both a sweet and savory note that simply welcome the palate.

A small spoonful of fish sauce adds a sour sweet note. The lotus root patty feature vegetable tone compliments the chicken.
