Tsim Chai Kee Noodle restaurant does a few things right.
The dark wooden tables and interiors are charming and service is attentive. But more importantly, the food is remarkable.
Remarkable means something worth talking about.
Cooked al dente to maintain a chewy texture, the long golden noodles pairs well with the miniature golf size won ton dumplings.
Other two toppings such as fish paste meatballs and tender beef are also worth trying.
For just around three dollar for each bowl of noodle, the restaurant is a winner as long as you’re open to sharing a bowl of noodle next to strangers in the communal seating.

I ate there ALL THE TIME. Get the veggies too, huge plate for like 1 HKD extra or something like that. Excellent noodles that beats the fancy one next to Tsui Wah by LKF
